John my good friend. Life is such a lottery and those of us who draw the right cards by chance sometimes don't understand how lucky we are. I remember playing golf with you and Ron in Adelaide when our thoughts were far away form disability and then suddenty by a pure piece of bad luck your life changed completely..But thankfully it is obvious to me that you have come through the bad times and into the light. Yes I am sure that you still have bad days especially when the old 'Why me' syndrome rears it's ugly head but you are the living proof that there is the possibility of a good and fullfilling life after disability. Most of us 'fortunate' ones probably don't spend enough time thinking of how life could be. If we did then we would surely help others as much as we can and see that our actions can really make a difference to someone or even a group of people.I find this project an amazingly good idea and the only question it begs is why have others not come up with the idea. It is of great credit mate that you thought about it.Fond regards from far awaySteve

What a wonderful project Such a moving video that explains so clearly and concisely how the MY disABILITIES book is evolving. Great work takes time and I look forward to hearing more about your progress via your mailing list. You certainly get my vote in this year's Focus-On-Ability Short Film Festival

Beautifully presented and factual. This film celebrates many diversified challenges and triumphs that are everyday events for many. Let's hope this film predicates talk thought understanding awareness and opportunity in all sectors of the community.

Narrated well and shows there are opportunities out there for people with disabilities and can enjoy life just like every one else does.
